Our team brings decades of combined experience in commercial real estate, with a specialized focus on identifying undervalued and mismanaged properties with significant upside potential. We leverage our extensive network and proprietary market analysis to source exclusive off-market deals, ensuring our investors have access to the most promising opportunities. Michael’s a 25 year highly seasoned real estate investor as well with a proven track record in the southeast real estate market. He still maintains a vast portfolio of self-storage, single/multi-family and commercial assets.
Having mastered various investment strategies over 1000+ transactions, including self-storage investments, fix and flip projects, new construction ventures (stick built and manufactured housing), adaptive reuse apartments, and short and long-term rentals.
Prior to his real estate career, Michael held esteemed positions in a corporate setting, including global IT leadership and six sigma black belt roles with GE. These experiences honed his analytical skills and developed a keen eye for identifying lucrative investment opportunities.
